Ecotherapy Level 1​

Level 1 introduces the foundations of ecotherapy with accessible, indoor-friendly methods you can immediately bring into clinical practice. You'll explore nature-based healing through sensory practices, evidence-based frameworks (e.g., DBT, MBSR, SE), and somatic reflection. 

It's an immersive, hands-on, and genuinely fun weekend designed to help you and your clients get the benefits of nature, even from inside an office.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Training for Practitioners

Elevate your clinical practice by participating in this small group training, designed for practitioners committed to deepening their expertise psychedelic-assisted pscyhotherapy. This training gives practitioners an introductory, evidence-informed foundation in preparation and integration therapy for clients receiving ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), covering the clinical work that happens around the medicine session.

Ecotherapy Level 2​

Level 2 is for you, the one holding it all. Over two days outdoors, you'll set down what you've been carrying, find the places in nature that truly restore you, and reconnect with the wild, intuitive self who meets the unknown with courage. Day one is rooted in ʻāina (land) and day two in kai (sea), closing with a full moon fire ceremony. It's deeper, wilder, and more spiritual than Level 1, and still safe and accessible. No hardcore hiking required.

CRAFT Supporting Loved Ones in Addiction

Are you a family member of someone suffering from addiction and you don't know how to best support them, or yourself?​

This 12-week CRAFT Family Course will provide practical, evidence-based skills to improve communication, reduce conflict, and create a more supportive home environment. Participants will learn how to encourage their loved one toward treatment and recovery through positive reinforcement, while also strengthening your own resilience and self-care.
